Brett is Cofounder of Vital Brands, GymBird’s parent company. He leads an active lifestyle participating in various sports like snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and golf. Over the years Brett has competed in events like Spartan Races, Tough Mudders, half marathons, and CrossFit competitions. As a busy husband and father, now he’s committed to improving his fitness through various at-home programs in his small home gym. After a mental and physical transformation in mid-2018, Brett’s passion for sharing fitness and nutrition ideas has only grown and he’s excited that you’re here to experience what GymBird has to offer.
