A lover of hiking, rollerblading, and swimming, Ashley became passionate about health and fitness after a serious car accident resulted in severe nerve damage and having to re-learn how to walk. Every week, Ashley clocks 42 miles on her treadmill desk, and she loves doing yoga, circuit training, and core exercises. She's been frequenting all kinds of gyms for 18 years and has attended 250+ fitness classes.
