Downloading and getting started with the free version of Jefit is quick and easy. It took me about 10 minutes to go from downloading and creating a profile to viewing a workout plan.
A key feature of Jefit is that they give you the option of creating your own workout or having the app help you find a new workout.
You’ll take a quick quiz to gather information about your demographics and workout goals. Be ready to provide responses to your gender, age, weight, height, where do you usually work out (home or gym), current fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), and top goal (maintaining, bulking, cutting).
Even though I have extensive experience creating my own workout plans, I decided to have Jefit help me find a new workout.
I was asked how many days I wanted to work out per week, and then I was given the option of setting up a reminder to work out, which is a nice feature of this app. You’ll also be given the chance to connect with nearby friends in the community.
Jefit then generates workouts based on your answers.
